Pareto’s inner circle

Many of you would have heard about Pareto principle.

Pareto principle — 80 % of your results comes from 20% of your efforts

This is basic but I listened to a podcast this morning and got this idea of Pareto inside Pareto inside Pareto. That is 80 % of your 80 % results will come from 20 % of your 20 % efforts. And this may carry on. For example 80% of your revenue may come from only 20 % of your effort and 80% of that 80% revenue may come from 20 % of that 20 % effort (I.e. 50 % of your revenue comes from 1 % of your effect) . The point is to find that leverage point were you can invest only few hours of your time and effort to get 50 % of your results and delegate other tasks by outsourcing or delegating.
