Everyday gadgets like phones, tablets, laptops, computers and Bluetooth devices emit radiations in the form of Radio Frequency.

These gadgets emit 800 megahertz to 2.4 gigahertz ranging from mobile phones to wireless Bluetooth devices.

Microwave ovens emit a radiation of 300 GHz to 300 MHz. On comparison placing your phone near your head is, ironically enough, like cooking your brain.

These type of phones have been in existence only in the past decade and today’s kids and teens will be the most affected in the forth coming decades.

So getting exposed this much of radiation can cause frontal lobe cancer, heart cancer and infertility et cetera.

In the worst case scenario the next decades will witness large amount of cancers and deaths due to radiation effects than ever before.

Today’s generation carry phones 24/7 in their pockets and near their heads. Imagination of the effects stumbles me.

It should be an public concern to reduce the effects of these gadgets.

I personally care a lot about this and try to reduce myself being exposed to such things.

Here are few things everyone can follow to reduce such effects :

Steps to be taken to reduce RADIATION DEATH :

  • Avoid usage of phone while in travel : When travelling phones emit more RF (radio frequency) since it has to change network towers.
  • Distance : Increase the distance between the phone and body. Try to use wired headphones or earphones or speakerphone while talking and cary it in bags or purses.
  • Duration : Obviously try the best to reduce the usage time.
  • Turn off Wifi and Bluetooth : While not in use turning off any wireless connections reduce exposure.
  • Use Airplane mode if possible : In airplane mode radiation is reduced to the minimum levels as the phone is not searching for connectivity.
  • Switch to ethernet : Again Ethernet protects from radiations since it is wired and does not emit any radiation.
